Hi, I'm Amy Wagner, MS, CNS
I believe nutrition should feel empowering, not overwhelming.
From the beginning, I was captivated by how profoundly the body responds to strategic nourishment. That curiosity drove me to earn my Master of Science in Integrative Nutrition and pursue the Certified Nutrition Specialist credential, completing a board examination and 1,000 hours of supervised clinical practice along the way.
Nutrition has the power to influence energy, metabolism, muscle integrity, mood, and long-term health in ways most women are never taught to understand. And in midlife, that conversation becomes essential.
Hormones shift. Metabolism adapts. Nutrient demands increase. What once worked may no longer serve you, and that's not a failure. It's biology, and it deserves a thoughtful response.
Through lab-informed, personalized nutrition care, I help women navigate perimenopause, metabolic changes, and weight loss, including those using GLP-1 medications, with a focus on preserving muscle, optimizing micronutrient intake, and building lasting metabolic resilience.
This is not about restriction. It's about precision, sustainability, and honoring your body's evolving needs.
Because food is not just fuel. It is information. And when used strategically, it becomes one of the most powerful tools for lifelong vitality.
