After earning my Master of Science in Integrative Nutrition, I became fascinated by how profoundly the body responds to strategic nourishment. Strategic, intentional nutrition has the power to influence energy, metabolism, muscle integrity, mood, and long-term health in ways many women are never taught to understand.
In midlife especially, the conversation must shift. Hormones change. Metabolism adapts. Nutrient demands increase. What once worked may no longer serve you.
My role is to bring clarity to that transition.
Through lab-informed, personalized care, I help women navigate perimenopause, metabolic change, and weight loss — including those using GLP-1 medications — with a focus on preserving muscle, optimizing micronutrients, and building lasting metabolic resilience.
This is not about restriction.
It is about precision, sustainability, and honoring your body’s evolving needs.
